Who are Sadza.com customers?

This Web Site has been designed specifically for people outside of Zimbabwe, who want to purchase goods/groceries for their families and friends in Zimbabwe.   Our customers don෡nt to pay high prices to send money or ship goods to Zimbabwe.  They want to make sure that their families and friends receive the specific items that they need.  Our customers want an easier, cheaper, more convenient way of shopping and taking care of their families.

 

What is the Sadza.com process?

You can log on to Sadza.com and buy available products from participating retailers (Bon Marche, OK, and TM).  You must identify a recipient in Zimbabwe and the store location closest to that person.  The recipient is the person designated to go and pick up the goods/groceries from the retailer.  You can use either your credit card or checking account to pay for your purchases.  After your credit card or checking information is verified, your order is confirmed, and a confirmation email is sent to you.  Sadza.com will then forward the order and recipient information to the retailer branch of your choice.  The individual that you have designated can then pick up their goods/ groceries from the store location identified on the order.  The recipient will be given a copy of the order form showing the list of goods purchased.  If the goods/groceries have not been picked up within 48 hours, the retailer will make an attempt to contact the recipient however, it is your responsibility as the purchaser, to let the recipient know that an order has been placed.  You can also give them the order number for easier cross-referencing.  We at Sadza.com will do our utmost best to communicate to you to make sure that your recipient collects the order.

 How are the prices determined?

The prices you see on our Web Site are the actual selling prices in Zimbabwe provided to Sadza.com by the retailers.  Prices have been converted to U.S. dollars using the current exchange rate (bi-weekly average).  A link is provided on breitling replica our Web Site so you can view the current exchange rate.

 

What if the prices in Zimbabwe increase after I have placed my order?

Sadza.com guarantees the purchase price.  Once your order has been placed, we will honor the price paid at that time.  Future orders will however, be subject to the new prices.

Please inform your family of the products you have bought, including the Order Number.  This list will also be presented to your family when they pick up the groceries.  If there are any discrepancies, send us an email at feedback@sadza.com and we will investigate your order.  If your family members have a telephone or email address please make sure that you enter this information on the ship to address.

What guarantees are made for purchases and what delivery options are offered?

If you order an item that is on back order, the recipient will be given cash back or a choice of replica watches a different product.  At this time we are not offering delivery.  Please check back with us for updates on our delivery policy.

Must I register in order to place an order?

It is not necessary for you to register in order to place an order.  However, if you donಥgister, every time you make a purchase you will have to re-enter all of your personal information.

What if I forget my password?

Follow these steps if you have forgotten your password:

How do I update my personal profile?

Your information is displayed before you submit your order.  This is when you will be able to change it.

 

How do I remove an item from my shopping basket?

To remove an item from the basket, do the following:

What are my payment options?

To pay for your Sadza.com purchases, you can use your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and check (personal or company)).  At this time, we can only accept check payments for orders placed within the United States.  We collect the recipient's information, in case of fraud or use of unauthorized credit cards, we will collect the money from the order recipient.  All fraud will be handled by to the full extent of the law.

 

What is the procedure for paying by check?

We now accept e-checks so please enter your bank routing information when prompted.  You order will be processed at the same rate with credit card orders. We collect the recipient's information, in case of fraud or use of unauthorized credit cards, we will collect the money from the order recipient.
